Through the Students Without Boundaries program, these students realize that they have an important part in rebuilding east-central Europe. The purpose of the program is to build bridges of understanding and hope. Over 2000 students have already taken part in this program, thanks to the generous support of our donors, mainly in Canada and the United States, but from many other countries as well. In the participants name, we thank you for your help and hope you will continue to support the Foundation in continuing this program.

In 2005, in partnership with the Multicultural History Society of Ontario, the Foundation launched an Oral History Project to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the Hungarian Revolution in 1956. “Hungarian Exodus” “L’Exode Hongrois” will result in a traveling exhibit and special publication on the immigration to and settlement in Canada of the more than 40,000 refugees who came to this country in 1956-57.
